Dressing
- 1 cloves garlic
- 1 pinches salt
- 1 pinches pepper, ground
- 30 g olive oil

- 100 g potato, very tender, or sweet potato

- Choose Rice OR hard vegetables: [IN: Pumpkin | weigh] or [IN: Sweet Potato | weigh] or [IN: Potato | weigh] or [IN: Beetroot | weigh] — weigh 200 g of one hard vegetable.
- Add [IN: water | weigh] 500 g to mixing bowl.
- If choosing rice, [IN: Rice | weigh] 300 g into steaming basket — sit basket in bowl to soak.
- If choosing hard vegetables, cut hard vegetables into large bite-size pieces.
- Choose medium vegetables: [IN: Broccoli | weigh] or [IN: Cauliflower | weigh] or [IN: Green Beans | weigh] or [IN: Zucchini | weigh] or [IN: Capsicum | weigh] or [IN: Eggplant | weigh] — weigh 150-200 g of medium vegetables.
- Cut medium vegetables into large bite-size pieces.

- Cut soft vegetables into large bite-size pieces.
- Place rice or hard vegetables in steaming basket.

- Place medium vegetables in Varoma lower tray.
- Place soft vegetables in Varoma upper tray.
- Place Varoma lid into position.

- Serve vegetables, fluff up rice with a fork, and drizzle dressing over vegetables or store in the fridge for up to a week.

Tip
These times and quantities are untested. Test frequently and add notes to your recipe to get the times right for your level fo softness. This is my first created recipe so not sure if the scale and cooking prompts will work.

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
