Recipe's preparation
1. Place chocolate pieces, sugar, cornflour and cocoa into the "Closed lid" for 20 seconds, speed 9.
2. Add milk and the egg and cook for 7 minutes, 90 degrees, speed 4.
3. Allow to cool and serve on its own or with fruit.

Tip
White chocolate custard pictured above. To create this, omit the cocoa powder and replace the 3 peices of dark chocolate with 50g of white chocolate.
Will last in the fridge for approx 7 days.

My adult "kids" loved this. making it in separate containers they felt like I had their little lunch ready for their bags .. consistency was just like yogo. I doubled it & it was fine.

I tripled the quantities
I tripled the quantities and added 50% to the final cooking time and this made a nice batch for us to have some now and also filled 9 tupperware snack cups for afternoon snacks

Thanks, this is a tasty chocolate custard, and makes a nice warm pudding if eaten straight away. I used coconut sugar, and will use a bit less next time as it was very sweet.
