      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1.  Put eggs, milk and flour in Closed lid Mix 5 seconds speed 5.

  2.  Add corn (drained), carrot (grated), chives (chopped) and feta. Combine everything 30 seconds Counter-clockwise operation speed 3

  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a frying paon over low-medium heat.  Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture, 3-4 fritters at a time, and cook for 1 min each side or until golden.  Repeat with remaining mixture, adding more oil as needed.
