For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Weigh dried apricots into bowl and chop 10seconds/sp8
2. Scrape down sides of the bowl. Add remaining ingredients and combine 5seconds/sp6.
3. Using a teaspoon, scoop mixture out of bowl and roll to form small balls. Roll in dessicated coconut.
4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Thanks for sharing this insanely amazing lunch box treat. They are very similar to apricot delight but so much cheaper to make than buy. We freeze ours and just remove morning they are required for school. Definately a regular for us!!!
