For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Pre heat oven 200 degrees.
I used silicone snack moulds however have done as a whole dish and then sliced.
Add the parmesan to the bowl and grate 3 secs speed 9. Transfer to a separate bowl.
Add spring onions, bacon and capsicum and chop for 5 seconds speed 6.
Add eggs and egg whites and add back the cheese. Mix for 10 seconds reverse speed 3 or until combined.
Add the tomatoes to the base of the silicone moulds and pour the mixture over. You could do this as a whole dish.
Bake for 12-15 if individual, 20ish for a whole.
