Bacon, Celery & Cheese Muffins

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place into cheese into Speed 7, 20 seconds and put aside
  2. Place bacon into Speed 6, 10 seconds and put aside
  3. Place self-raising flour and butter into Speed 5, 20 seconds
  4. Add egg, soup, bacon and 1/2 cup cheese into Speed 4, 30 seconds
  5. Add milk into Speed 4, 20 seconds
  6. Pour batter into muffin moulds and bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 deg°C for 30 minutes
  7. Remove from oven, let cool slightly in silicone moulds then turn out onto cooling rack until cool. Store in a sealed container in the fridge.

    Great for lunchboxes for school.
    Nice hot or cold.
