If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
1. Blitz stale bread for 5 seconds, speed 7 to form breadcrumbs or use bread which is already crumbed.
2. Add egg, milk, herbs, salt and pepper and mix for 30 seconds, reverse, spoon speed "Gentle stir setting" .
3. Just check everything is well mixed and stir a bit longer if needed.
4. Stuff your prepared whole chicken.

Made this today & added a chopped brown onion. It was very easy & holds nicely.
This recipe makes enough for 2 X 1.7 kg (ish) chooks.
It smells nice so will do a taste test later on.
