Recipe's preparation

  1. Directions

    Place sifted flour in the TM with chilled butter. Turbo until mixture forms crumbs. Add egg and pulse until just combined.
    Dissolve salt in warm water. Add to the TM and mix until a soft pastry dough ball is formed.
    Turn into a bowl and wrap tightly with plastic wrap then chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
    Flour a work surface then knead the dough for 1 minute. Roll out to a thickness of 2mm then cut into discs. At this stage you can freeze the discs for later use, or use right away
