      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Gluten free cheesy bites
  1. Preheat oven 200deg, cut cheese into chunks and add to bowl, 6 seconds speed 8, scrape down bowl, add all other ingredients, speed 4 for 20 seconds or until combined. make into rough balls and put on a lined baking tray or two, flatten them slightly.
    bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown. cool on rack.
    They are good buttered inside, or add chopped cooked bacon to ingredients if prefered.
