      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200deg.
    Grease and line quiche dish approx 25cm in diameter

    Add all ingredients except water, and mill for 30 seconds, speed 9.

    Scrape down the sides.

    Add water and mix for 5 seconds, speed 5.

    Transfer onto some baking paper on the bench and add another laywer of baking paper over the top, roll with a rolling pin to a 1cm thickness

    Bake for 10-15 minutes until slightly golden.

    Top with favourite quiche ingredients.
