Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation
- Mill rice in a clean dry bowl 2 min speed 10
Add remaining ingredients (except ice) in order listed and mix 15 seconds speed 4
Scrape down bowl and mix again 25 seconds speed 5
Spoon into a loaf tin and smooth surface with a wet spoon or pallet knife. Cover loaf tin and put in a warm place to rise for 60 min or until doubled in size.
Place into a preheated oven with the 6 ice cubes at 210 degrees for 60 min.
cool completely before slicing.

I can't believe it's gluten free. Thank you so much. I used a smaller loaf tin and it turned out perfect.
I have made this twice and both times it didn't...
I have made this twice and both times it didn't rise much and was dense inside-especially the lower half. What do you think I am doing wrong??
