Ingredients

Homemade Trezigo Sauce

  • 1 bunches coriander, 1 large bunch fresh coriander (stems included, washed)
  • 2 cloves garlic clove, peeled
  • 1 to taste green chilli, small (optional)
  • 2 portion Limes, juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tablespoons apple cider vinegar, (or white vinigar)
  • 60-80ml --- olive oil, or avocado oil for milder taste
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup, to balance acidity
  • 1/2 tsp salt, to taste
  • tbsp yoghurt, Optional: 2 Tbsp plant-based yoghurt or silken tofu (for a creamy version

Recipe's preparation

    Chop Aromatics
  1. Add garlic and chilli (if using) to mixing bowl.
  2. ⏱ 5 sec / speed 7 Scrape down sides.
  3. Add Fresh Ingredients
  4. Add Fresh IngredientsAdd coriander (leaves + tender stems), lime juice, vinegar, maple syrup/sugar, and salt.
  5. ⏱ 10 sec / speed 7Scrape down again.
  6. Emulsify
  7. With lid on and measuring cup in place, set to:⏱ 20 sec / speed 6 — slowly drizzle olive oil through hole in lid.
  8. Taste & Adjust
  9. Add more lime, salt, or sweetness to balance. If using yoghurt or tofu, add now and blend:⏱ 10 sec / speed 6
  10. Optional Extra Smooth
  11. For ultra-smooth sauce:⏱ 30 sec / speed 8

  13. Store in airtight jar in fridge up to 5–7 days.

    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid.
