    Recipe is created for
    TM 5
Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

  8. Break into rough crackers and store in an airtight container once cooled. Number of portions depends on size of crackers.Ba

 These are quick, easy and delicious to snack on. I only use the thermomix to weigh out the ingredients into a seperate bowl. They mix fine by hand so no need to dirty the Closed lid. I halved the recipe as this makes plenty for me.

Bobbie_Luks: Sorry missed a step. Thanks for asking the question. Bake for about an hour or until it peels away from the paper/mat without sticking. I have updated the recipe.
