- 450 g Cheddar cheese
- 250 g Butter, softened
- 350 g plain flour
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper

Add cubed cheddar cheese too jug and cut 5 seconds/speed 8
Add all other ingredients and mix 20 seconds/speed 6, then knead 3 minutes
Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls and place on an oven tray, allowing enough room for spreading. Flatten slightly using a fork.
Bake biscuits for 20 minutes, 180 Degrees. Once browned, remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, before moving to a cooling rack to cool completely.
