Spicy cheese biscuits

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add cubed cheddar cheese too jug and cut 5 seconds/speed 8

  2. Add all other ingredients and mix 20 seconds/speed 6, then knead 3 minutes

  3. Roll dough into tablespoon sized balls and place on an oven tray, allowing enough room for spreading. Flatten slightly using a fork.

  4. Bake biscuits for 20 minutes, 180 Degrees. Once browned, remove from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes, before moving to a cooling rack to cool completely.
