  • 40 g fresh basil leaves
  • 2 level teaspoons dried instant yeast

      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. Place Basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes into mixing bowl and Turbo 2 seconds. Set aside.
  2. With out cleaning bowl, add water and yeast and mix 20 seconds speed 2.
  3. Add all other ingredients including reserved basil and sun-dried tomato mixture. Knead for 3 mins / Dough mode
  4. Transfer to Silicon Mat and form a ball. Wrap in mat and leave in warm spot to prove for minimum 1 hour.

Tip

Seperate into 4 portions, roll and place on pizza tray and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

Dough can also be used to make pizza scrolls that can have cheese sprinkled on before rolling and cutting.
