- 2 level teaspoons dried instant yeast
- 220 g warm water

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- Place Basil leaves and sun-dried tomatoes into mixing bowl and Turbo 2 seconds. Set aside.
- With out cleaning bowl, add water and yeast and mix 20 seconds speed 2.
- Add all other ingredients including reserved basil and sun-dried tomato mixture. Knead for 3 mins / "Dough mode"
- Transfer to Silicon Mat and form a ball. Wrap in mat and leave in warm spot to prove for minimum 1 hour.

Tip
Seperate into 4 portions, roll and place on pizza tray and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Dough can also be used to make pizza scrolls that can have cheese sprinkled on before rolling and cutting.
