Recipe's preparation

    Cookie Dough
  1. Place Raw Sugar into mixing bowl and mill 2sec/speed 9.

Scrape down sides of bowl and add butter. Cream 30sec/speed 5.

Add condensed milk and mix 20sec/speed 5. Scrap down sides of bowl.

Add HALF the flour and mix 20sec/speed 6 - use the spatula to help incorporate flour. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat with the remaining flour, mix 20sec/speed 6 - using spatula to assist.

seperate dough into equal amounts, depending on how many different types of biscuits you wish to make. Bake in moderate (180) oven for approx 10min, depending how soft or hard you like your biscuits.

Biscuit suggestions - Chocolate chip (I prefer Dark choc chips) Saltanas, rolled in cornflake crumbs, jam drops (all pictured), peanuts, M&M's, maltessers, roll in sprinkles or 100's & 1000's. Pretty much whatever you feel like. tmrc_emoticons.)

Tip

These work really well with Gluten Free Flour if needed.

Great recipe! I've seen varients of this around a lot and always wanted to give it a go. This didn't disappoint. I will say that thermi did struggle with mixing and needed additional time at all steps even with helping to mix using the spatula.

    Will definitely make again.

Made these yesterday! Thermomix struggled a little with mixing in the flour, I had to do most of that. But other than, it was great! I made cornflake, cinnamon, chocolate (Used up easter chocolate) and plain ones with sprinkles on them. I also placed 3 logs of it in the freezer and a bit in the fridge for later. So easy and very delicious! Will make them again, once I use up all the left over dough! Smile

I made these biscuits dairy free and gluten free. I used coconut condense milk from Safeway.
I have half in the freezer to cook up next week.

Such a fantastic idea, we left mixture in fridge and made different varieties every few day- chic chip with pepitas, rolled oats and sunflower seeds, dried strawberries, quinoa flakes and coconut, left over breakfast cereal with sultanas. The mixture is quite moist and handles adding all sorts of ingredients.
