Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl! -

- Add Nuttelex, sugar and vanilla paste to bowl and mix 10 sec, speed 4, MC on.
- Add GF flour, Tapioca starch and buckwheat flour and mix 10 sec, speed 4, MC on.
"Slow Cooking"
- Scrape down sides and mix 5 sec, speed 4, MC on.

(The mixture will be quite sticky so roll with wet hands or lightly dusted with rice flour, just be careful not to add too much flour and make the mixture dry). Tip
I use my own gluten free flour mix for these, which is also here on recipe community. My favourite jam to use is the Berry Chia Jam from Sweet Nourish by Louise Keats, which can be found in the Mix Shop or Cookidoo.
These are great with Lemon curd too.
