Anti-LCM Bars

Ingredients

12 portion(s)

  • 50 grams coconut oil
  • 210 grams rice malt syrup (or thick honey)
  • 10 grams cacao or Superfoods For Kidz Berry Choc Chunk Powder
  • 35 grams puffed rice/millet/other grain
  • 90 grams Desiccated Coconut
  • 20 grams chia seeds

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add coconut oil, rice malt syrup and cacao to Thermomix bowl. Set 3 mins, 80 degrees, Speed 2
    2. Add your puffed grain, coconut and chia seeds to the bowl.
    3. Set to reverse and closed lid position. Give 4 Turbo blasts. Push down the side with the spatula to make sure that it is all combined.
    4. Push into a lined cake pan (22cm square cake pan) and leave to set in the fridge/freezer. Cut up and enjoy!

    Yes, they are quite sticky. I use puffed rice, not rice bubbles but if you use rice bubbles you will need lots more (about 150g) as they weigh less. Hope this helps tmrc_emoticons.-)
