If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Preheat oven to 180°C;
2. Line two baking trays with baking paper;
3. Place flour, oats, coconut & sugar in TM Bowl;
4. Mix 10 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 3;
5. Set aside;
6. Add coconut oil, maple syrup and water to TM Bowl;
7. Heat 30 seconds/70°/speed 1;
8. Add bicarb soda & stir 10 seconds/speed 3;
[/size] 9. Add dry ingredients & mix 6 seconds/"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 5;
10. Kneed 30 seconds/"Dough mode" ;
11. Roll tablespoons of mixture into balls and place on trays, leaving room for spreading;
12. Bake 15 - 18 minutes or until golden brown;
13. Cool on racks.

Tip
For crispy biscuits, rather than chewy, bake for a few more minutes.
