      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to bowl - Chop 10 secs Speed 6
  2. Melt mixture - 2 mins, 80.c, rev speed 0.5. Scrape down sides
  3. Line a lamington tray (or similar) with baking paper
  4. Pour mixture into tray. Flattern it out with your hands. Slice can be quite thin. Try to keep the edges compacted.
  5. Place in fridge to set

Tip

This makes a very small slice. Double the recipe for more. Add more coconut oil if the slice isnt holding together well. Add dried fruits of your choice
