  • 3 ripe bananas (broken into large pieces)
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 100g Butter - cubed
  • 1 egg
  • 2 Tblspns Milk
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda (Bicarb of Soda)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 240 g Flour
  • 140 g Chocolate Chips

    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180*C.

    Spray muffin tins with cooking spray or line with muffin cases.

     

    Melt Butter in mixing bowl 2 mins/60*C/speed 1.5.

    Add Bananas, Sugar, Milk, Eggs and mix 20 sec/speed 4.

    Add Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda (Bicarbonate of Soda), Salt and Chocolate Chips and mix 60 sec/Dough setting.

    Spoon mixture into muffin tins/cases and bake for 15-20 mintues or until they spring back when lightly touched.

    Dust with icing sugar or ice with Chocolate Icing.

    Serve and Enjoy
