If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Place Banana and Dates into Bowl
15 Seconds -Speed 8
untill all chopped evenly and fine - Add all remaining ingredients
and combine for about 30Seconds on Speed 5 untill combined
then roll into ball about 1.5teaspoons worth and store in airtight container in fridge.

Tip
i use the organic dried bananas from costco - these wont work using fresh bananas with these amounts.

Have you ever tried making these and adding some coco or cacao powder? I've had a packet of these dried bananas sitting in the pantry for ages.
