- 120 g Butter
- 190 g plain flour (or Gluten free)
- 90 g caster sugar
- 10 g baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 240 g Milk
- cooking spary for grease

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Pre heat oven 180.c
Step 1) place butter into bowl
2 min/60.c/.05 speed
Step 2) add Flour, Sugar & baking powder.
Mix 10sec/3 speed
Step 3) add eggs and milk
Mix 20 sec/speed 6
Step 4) teaspoon mixture into Doughnut tin, bake for 10 mins. Turn out on cooling rack.
Step 5) repeat step 4 until all are cooked.
at the end you can make cinnamon sugar or chocolate icing to top your doughnut
