      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Add 100g glutinous rice into dry and clean bowl, 3 mintues / speed 10 to mill the rice. Then pour into the bowl, put aside.

    2. Insert bitterly whisk, add 4 eggs and sugar, 15 mintues / 45 degree / speed 4 to wipe the eggs

    3. Add the rice flour, oil, milk into the bowl, 4 sec / speed 3 to mix.

    4. Pour the mixture into cake tin, or cupcake tray, cover by aluminium foil paper

    5.clean the bowl and add water to half of the bowl, 40 minutes / Varoma / speed 1

    6. Ready to serve

Tip

1. You can mill any grains to flour, mix it all, use 100 g and 4eggs for the cake. If you use 100g low portin flour, that will become sponge cake.

2.If the eggs is small, use 5 eggs
