Recipe's preparation
Mix all ingredients except blueberries on speed 4 for 20 seconds.
Add blueberries and mix speed 4 reverse for 5 seconds
spoon into muffin cases and bake 220 degrees for 12 - 15 minutes

These muffins were perfectly delicious and super easy to make! I cooked them at 200C fan for just over 20 minutes. I used coconut yoghurt and added vanilla instead of cinnamon. I also used SRF with a heaped tsp of baking powder (instead of the PF and 3tsp baking powder) as I have a glut of SRF to use up. My family gave them 10/10!
