  • 90 grams Soft brown sugar
  • 40 grams caster sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • tsp vanilla essence
  • 185 grams S.R flour

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre Heat oven to 180Deg Fan Forced

    line 2 trays with Glad Bake

    Add room temp butter, Sugars, egg yolk and vanilla to bowl
    30sec/sp4/mc on
    Scrape down sides and add flour.
    15sec/sp4/mc on
    add choc chips
    15sec/sp2Counter-clockwise operation/mc on

    scoop 1 rounded tablespoon and roll into balls slightly flattening between palms of hands.

    bake @ 180deg for 12-14 mins until slightly browning

    Let cool on trays(for as long as the amazing smell will allow or until you wont burn your mouth out)
