Recipe's preparation

    Choc Chip Cookies
  1. Pre-heat oven to 180
    Put in butter and sugar for 20 seconds, speed 4
    Add egg and vanilla, then change to speed 5, 10 seconds
    Add flour. Speed 5, 10 seconds
    Scrape down the sides with spatula
    Another 10 seconds on speed 5
    Add chocolate chips, speed 2 for 10 seconds or fold in with spatula
    Prepare 2 baking trays, and put tsp sized balls spread out. Press down gently with spoon
    Bake for 10 mins, or until golden
    Rest for 10 mins, then serve! Closed lid

Tip

You can always change the recipe if you want. Either milk or dark chocolate will taste great. Also, sometimes the cookies need to be in the oven longer, just keep them in there until they turn golden brown. tmrc_emoticons.)
