- 155 g Butter, chopped
- 60 g Weetbix crumbs, (approx 1 cup)
- 135 g self-raising flour, (approx 1 cup)
- 90 g dessicated coconut, (approx 1 cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 105 g sugar, (approx 1/2 cup)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Chocolate Icing
- 150 g white sugar
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 20 g Butter
- 25 g Boiling water

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C
- Line 20cm x 20cm deep sided baking tray or slice tin with baking paper
- Place butter into mixing bowl and melt 3 min/60°C/speed 1 or until melted
- Place remaining slice ingredients into mixing bowl and mix 10 sec/speed 3
- Press mix into prepared tin. Place into preheated oven and cook for 15mins
- Place sugar into mixing bowl and mill 10 sec/speed 9
- Add remaining icing ingredients and mix 10 sec/speed 4
- Spread icing onto slice while still hot. Then allow to cool before cutting into 16 slices.
