Ingredients

  • 150 g unsalted butter, plus extra for greasing
  • 200 g Baking Chips
  • 90 g CSR Raw Cane Sugar, its Low GI
  • 4 organic eggs
  • 100 g Self Raising Flour

Recipe's preparation

    Chocolate Chip Cupcakes
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 160c.

    2. Lightly grease and line a 12 hole cupcake tray with cupcake liners and set aside.

    3. Add butter into the TM bowl and melt for TIME - 4min, TEMP - 50c, SPEED - 1.

    4. Transfer into a bowl and set aside.

    5. Clean and dry the TM bowl.

    6. Now, place sugar into the TM bowl and set TIME - 10sec, SPEED - 9.

    7. Scrape down the sides of the TM bowl with the help of a spatula.

    8. Now, insert the butterfly whisk, then add 4 eggs and whip it TIME - 5min, SPEED - 4.

    9. Remove butterfly whisk and add self raising flour, baking chips and melted butter and set it for TIME - 5sec, SPEED - 5.

    10. Scrape down sides of the TM bowl with spatula and set it for TIME - 5sec, SPEED - 5.

    11. Divide the batter evenly between the 12 hole cupcake tray and bake for 20-25 min (Time varies according to the oven).

    12. Allow it to cool in the tray for 5min and then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely and serve.
