Ingredients

  • 180 gram cream cheese, room temp
  • 3 tbsp low salt butter, room temp
  • 2 tbsp Milk
  • 2 --- cups soft icing sugar
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe's preparation

  1. Measure all ingredients into TM bowl. Beat for 20-30 seconds on speed 4 (gradually increasing speed over the first 10 seconds). Scrape down the sides and beat again for 5-10 seconds if necessary. Apply thickly to cooled cake.
