    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add dark and milk chocolate, condensed milk and butter in bowl.

  2. Cook 100 degrees/10 minutes/Speed 3.  Scrape down sides.

  3. Add crushed peppermint crisp bars and stir Counter-clockwise operationReverse/5 seconds.

  4. Pour into lined rectangle tray (30cm x 20cm).  Leave to cool.

  5. Place in refrigerator to set.  Once set, cut into small bite-sized pieces to serve.
