      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 160C
    Line Baking Tray

    Add 85g chopped Butter
    Add Egg
    Add 165g Self Raising Flour
    Add 165g Sugar
    Add 80g Desiccated Coconut
    Add 20g Cocoa Powder
    Mix 20sec/Speed 4
    Scrape down edges
    Mix 20sec/Speed 4

    Press into prepared Baking Tray

    Bake for 20mins
    Allow to cool before serving

Add your favourite nuts before last step to add and extra texture, (I love using Maccadamia Nuts)

Can Ice using Butter Cream Icing if required, or drizzle with Carmel sauce when serving
