Ingredients

Base

  • 1 packet Malt-O-Milk biscuits
  • 1 Packet Pascall Clinkers
  • Half Tin condensed Milk

Topping

  • 1.5 (350g) Block Cadbury Milk Chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Line a lamington tin with grease-proof paper.  Use enough paper to ensure you have a lip around each edge of the tray. 2)Place biscuits and clinkers in Closed lid and blitz for 5sec using speed 10 3) Add half a tin of condensed milk and blend for 10sec using speed 5. 4)Press into base of lamington tray so it covers base of the tray. Ensure that it is pressed out evenly throughout the tray. 5)Clean and dry Closed lid. 6)Place chocolate in Closed lid and Blitz for 5sec using speed 8. 7) Melt chocolate for 5-7min at 50 degrees using speed 1. tmrc_emoticons.8) Pour chocolate over base and then spread out evenly over slice. 9) Refrigerate until chocolate is set. 10) Cut into desired size and enjoy!

    I love making this slice. It's excellent for cake stalls because its so easy!! I have made it with jaffa's , smarties / m&m's and malteasers. Apparently peppermint crisp, lolly bananas and raspberry lollies work well too.
