butter

  • 125 grams Butter
  • 180 grams raw sugar
  • 180 grams white spelt flour
  • 100 grams rolled oats
  • 1/2 level teaspoon Bi Carbonate of Soda
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1-2 tablespoon cocoa

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

    Mill oats 5sec/sp5. set aside

    Melt the butter 50 degrees for 1 minute speed 4Counter-clockwise operation

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 30 seconds speed 4Counter-clockwise operation

     

  3. Pour into a cake tin and bake for 35-45 minutes (it depends on your oven and the size of your cake tin)

Tip

the kids will have great fun making this one with you

also suitable to make cup cake sized portions for lunch bozes etc

suitable for freezing for up to 6 months- double glad wrap to prevent freezer burn

    I made a few changes to this recipe while adding it to my Paprika App. 

    I hope this is helpful.

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees

     

    Add oats to bowl and mill 5sec/sp 5

    Set aside

     

    Without washing bowl. Place bananas in bowl and mash 5sec/sp5

    Set aside

     

    Without washing bowl. Melt the butter for 2min/60deg/reverse/sp2

     

    Add the rest of the ingredients and mix for 

    30 sec/reverse/sp 4

     

    Pour into a cake tin and bake for 35-45 minutes (it depends on your oven and the size of your cake tin)

  • The butter doesn't melt

    The butter doesn't melt unless you add some heat.  I used speed 1 and 50 degrees for a minute or two and that melted the butter.
