      Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipe's preparation

    Add
  1. Butter, flour and icing sugar to thermomix

    Speed 5, 3 mins

     

  2. Put dough onto pastry mat, knead into a ball

  3. Roll in chopped dates and rosepetals 

  4. Mix through by kneading

  5. Roll out dough

  6. Take small piece of dough and roll into a ball, place onto a well greased baking tray and press with a fork to slightly flatten.

  7. Bake in oven 180 degrees Celcius for 15 to 20 mins.

  8. Allow to cool on a wrack.
