Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation
Weigh flour and butter into TM bowl. Mix 5 seconds/ Speed 5
Add remaining ingredient and"Counter-clockwise operation" 20 seconds / Speed 3
The mixture will be a stiff dough. If you like your currants remaining whole add in the last 5 seconds
Roll out on a floured board until quite thin. Cut with desired cutter. Since they are Easter biscuits I like to cut with a Chicken or bunny cutter, or even a kiwi.

I didn't have lemon zest, and increased this to 1 tsp of cinnamon and I also added 1/2 ground ginger. Came out lovely.
