- 600 grams self-raising flour
- 50 grams white sugar, White or castor
- 220 grams thickened cream
- 220 grams Milk
- 1 pinch salt

TM 5Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
Pre heat oven to 200°c.
Line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add all ingredients to the bowl .
Mix 3 seconds on speed 5.
Then knead function for 30 seconds.
Turn dough out onto lightly floured thermomat or bench.
Flatten to about 5cm thickness and cut out using a scone cutter or cookie cutter.
Spread out on lined tray and bake for 12mins or until golden brown on top.
Serve with whipped cream and jam. Enjoy!
