      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 200°c.
    Line a baking tray with baking paper.
    Add all ingredients to the bowl Closed lid.
    Mix 3 seconds on speed 5.
    Then knead function Dough mode for 30 seconds.
    Turn dough out onto lightly floured thermomat or bench.
    Flatten to about 5cm thickness and cut out using a scone cutter or cookie cutter.
    Spread out on lined tray, fairly close to each other. Brush with milk and bake for 12/15mins or until golden brown on top.
    Serve with whipped cream and jam. Enjoy!
