Easy Triple Choc Muffins

  • 90 g Butter
  • 190 g Self Raising Flour
  • 25 g cocoa
  • 100 g caster sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 320 g Milk
  • 60 g milk chocolate chips
  • 60 g White Chocolate Chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180°c & lightly grease muffin tray

  2. Add 3cm cubes of softened butter into the bowl 2 min/60°c/speed1

  3. Add remaining ingredients & stir until combined, 5sec/Counter-clockwise operation/speed3

  4. Pour into greased muffin tray, half way & bake for 25 mins

Tip

-If you would like your muffins gooey on the inside take out 5 mins earlier

    These were so good warm out of the oven they were a little fudgey just perfect. Cooked them 5 mins less so they would be a little fudgey

    These are delicious and so easy. I use spelt flour, baking powder and double the recipe. I agree with previous comments that they don't rise much. I nearly fill the mixture up to the top to get a nice sized muffin. Beautiful heated up in the microwave, taste just like chocolate pudding.
