Edmonds Marshmallows

  • 400 gram Raw or White Sugar
  • 50 grams Glucose
  • 200 grams Boiling water, could heat up in TM
  • 20 grams gelatine
  • 200 grams Boiling water

Recipe's preparation

    to make
  1. put sugar, glucose and 1st measure of water into  bowl and bring to boil for 2 minutes 100 degrees speed 3 or until sugar is disolved.  In a seperate bowl mix in the gelatine and other measure of boiling water, mix together and add to  bowl.  Insert butterfly and whip for at least 15 minutes on speed for until thick, white glossy.  Pour into large tin which has been wet with water.  When set cut into squares...delish can roll in toasted coconut or icing sugar.  Option I did was add vanilla essense.

You could add a natural colour or flavour.  Just keep whipping until done.  Doesn't take long to set
