      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Fruity Oat Biscuits
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees

    Mash banana 6sec/speed4
  2. Remove banana and place in small bowl
  3. Add kiwi fruit and strawberries
  4. Chop 4 secs/speed 4-6
  5. Add mashed banana to bowl
  6. Add in 180g of oats
  7. Add in 1 Tablespoon of chia seeds (optional)
  8. Mix 6secs/speed2 to combine. Watch through the top to see when its combined
  9. Use a heaped tablespoon to make round raised biscuit and put on to lined baking tray.

Tip

Should make around 12 small to medium sized biscuits
Be sure to not go over on the oats or the cooking time as this will result in very dry biscuits that dont taste very nice.
Bake for 10 mins but check them you do not want them to be hard. If they need longer dont do more than 2 minutes Smile
