      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Method
  1. preheat oven 150 degrees
    cut stems from figs
    add figs to TM bowl
    Mix 3 seconds Speed 5, set aside
    add cashews and pepitas to Tm bowl, mix 4-5 seconds speed 6
    add dates, bananas broken into pieces, olive oil, cacao
    Mix 20 seconds speed 8
    add chopped figs and mix reverse 3 seconds speed 3 reverse
    pour mixute into lined slice tin

    Bake 150degrees 30mins

Tip

use spatula when mixing dates and bananas in to ensure even mixing.

    As I didn’t have cashews or peppitas, I used almonds and sunflower seeds. I also drizzled honey over the top. It was delicious. Have saved to my collection. Thanks for sharing
