  • 3 Eggs.
  • 60 grams maple syrup or honey
  • 60 grams coconut oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon bicarb
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence / paste
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon.

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place almonds in bowl an grind 20 sec speed 9,

    Add remaining ingredients an mix speed 5 / 10 sec

    pour mixture into silicon muffin cases,

    wash bowl then add 500g of water set varoma and tray with the silicon cases in place 

    set thermomix 25mins varoma speed 3
