  • 150 g Gluten free plain flour
  • 90 g Coconut Flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Bi Carb Soda
  • 150 g raw sugae
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 250 g Milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 g choc chips

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven to 180 degrees

    Grease a 12 cup muffin tray

  2. Mill raw sugar for 5 secs / speed 9

  3. Add dark chocolate pieces to sugar and grind for 5 secs / speed 9

  4. Add all other ingredients except chocolate chips and mix 30 secs / speed 4

  5. Add the 100g chocolate chips and mix 10sec / Counter-clockwise operation / speed 4

  6. Spoon batter into each muffin hole

    Sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top

  7. Bake for 15-18minutes

    Allow to cool or eat warm from the oven!
