  • 5 tablespoons honey, or rice malt syrup

      If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    Goodness LCM Bars
  1. Line square cake tin with baking paper.
  2. Melt tahini (nut butter), butter and honey (RMS) for4 Mins/60/Sp 2.
  3. Add coconut, mix 20 Sec/Sp 3.
  4. Add rice cakes, mix 30 Sec/Sp 4.
  5. Press mixture into cake tin, cover with baking paper and press firmly.
  6. Place in fridge to set, cut into bars.

Tip

You may want to add mini M & M's to the slice before setting, sprinkle on top and press in.
Alternatively you could top with choc chips or a drizzle of melted chocolate.
