Hazelnut & Chocolate Cluster

Ingredients

  • 200 gms Hazelnuts
  • 80 gms Sugar
  • 1 egg, (room temperature)
  • Whole Hazelnuts for centre of cluster

Recipe's preparation



  1. Preheat oven 180˚



    Place baking paper on tray



    Place 200gms Hazelnuts and
    sugar into TM bowl for 15 seconds on Speed 8



    Add egg on speed 3 just to combine



    Form balls placing 1
    hazelnut into centre of each cluster



    Bake
    for 15 mins at 180˚



    When
    cool



    Melt
    chocolate for on 37° on speed soft



    Dip
    ½ of each cluster into melted chocolate



    Enjoy!

    Hi Nindelthana, did you use 50 degrees to melt your chocolate? it should be a breeze melting chocolate in the TM. tell me how you did it, i might be able to help. tmrc_emoticons.)
