Ingredients
Honey Nougat Slice
- 60 g rolled oats
- 30 g dessicated coconut, (or shredded coconut)
- 40 g Vanilla Protein Powder
- 40 g Peanut Butter
- 20 g honey, (or rice malt syrup for vegan)
- 2 tablespoons coconut cream
- 60 g milk chocolate, (or dark chocolate if preferred)

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -

If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Place oats in mixing bowl and mill for 8 Seconds/Speed 8.
2. Add all remaining ingredients to mixing bowl and mix for 10 seconds/Speed 4. The mixture should resemble dough.
3. Press into a lined baking loaf tin and set aside.
4. Place chocolate into mixing bowl and grate for 5 Seconds/Speed 8. Scrape down sides of mixing bowl.
5. Melt for 2 minutes 30 Seconds/50 degrees/Speed 2 or until melted.
6. Pour melted chocolate over the top of the mixture and refrigerate until chocolate has set.
