      TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Delicious! I used rice malt syrup instead of honey and reduced the sugar to 75g. I also didn't have any wholemeal SR flour, so just used normal SR flour. I also used 100g of sultanas and 80g of choc bits (yum!). They turned out perfectly and very tasty! Thanks for the recipe, I'll definitely be making these again!

These are lovely, turned out beautifully, but pretty sweet. Wondered if anyone has tried making it with less sugar and if it affected the way it turned out at all?
