Having read the comments above, I decided to add 15g more of each flour and didn't have the spreading issue others had. The recipe was delicious and my family of Anzac biscuit connoisseurs loved them!

I didnt have enough butter tonight so I used 90g butter and 35g oil. My kids love these and wanted to cut back on the sugar so used 50g raw sugar and 50 g rapuara and they came out perfect still

    Submitted by Lyndaloo on 12. April 2014 - 13:35.

These were awesome.  Exactly how we like our Anzac biscuits, chewy and delicious!  So easy and perfect!  They spread a fair bit so make sure you do small spoonfuls or leave lots of space between them.  Thanks for the recipe.

    Submitted by poppet2 on 25. April 2013 - 12:19.

Made these today for anzac day for kids. Lovely, really enjoyed. Just need to keep a close eye on them so they don't burn and leave pleanty of room for biscuits to spread.
