Lactation Biscuits
- 2-3 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoon Flaxseed Meal
- 65 grams Nuttelex (lite)
- 90 grams Rapadura Sugar
- 1 --- egg
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 100 grams spelt flour
- 2 tablespoon brewers yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt, Himalayan if possible
- 120 grams oats, steel cut oats if possible
- 70 grams Favourite biscuit ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder

Recipe's preparation
- 1. Pre-heat the oven o 170°C and line 2 baking trays.
2. In a seperate dish combine the water and flaxseed meal. Let sit for a couple of minutes.
3. Cream the nuttelex and sugar for 30 seconds speed 6.
4. Add the egg and vanilla mix for 15 seconds speed 3.
5. Add all the dry ingredients (except your favourite biscuit ingredients) including the combined flaxseed meal/water and mix for 15 seconds speed 3.
6. Finally add your favourite biscuit ingredients and mix for 10 seconds, reverse, soft.
7. Make your biscuits using a tablespoon as a rough size guide.
8. Bake for 12 minutes.

Tip
Do not substitute the brewer's yeast or flaxseed meal as these are what help increase your milk supply. If you don't notice an increase in supply you can try increasing these but ensure you add a tablespoon of water for each tablespoon of flaxseed meal.
I love to add chocolate chips but you can add nuts, dried fruits, etc.
