      For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.

Recipe's preparation

    To make
  1. Melt butter In microwave and set aside

    add eggs and broken up banana to the bowl, mix for 5 secs. Speed 4. Add melted butter almond flour, baking powder,sweetener and cinnamon to bowl. Mix 10 secs speed 3. Mix again if not fully combined. Pour into baking tray and cook for 30mins. Increase cooking time if not cooked through.

Tip

Makes a small loaf use 19x10.5 disposable foil tray or double the recipe for larger. Ok to freeze.
